Uganda Free Zones Authority
The Uganda Free Zones Authority is a body corporate under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development. It was established following His Excellency the President’s assent to the Free Zones Act, 2014.
The Agency is responsible for the establishment, development, management, marketing, maintenance, supervision and control of free zones and to provide for other related matters.

Arua SEZ will develop 45,000 square meters of productive ware house space on a site of 12 Hectares including an Export Business Accelerator Park for Local SMEs to get on to the International Value Chains. The Site will include the development of an office park for dedicated trade facilitation and market linkage services to enhance trade in the region.
